Peony ID

Morning folks. I bought this peony about a month ago in the bargain section for a £1(!image).

Anyway,can anyone tell me if it is a tree peony or herbaceous one. Many thanks.

    Looks like a tree paeony to me...

    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
