not 'lily of the valley'

hope that was a good description. I thought it was lily of the valley but it has wrong shaped flower, more like a bell. thing is its an absolute thug, very pretty tho! So what is it?

How big is it, is it scented, do the leaves smell if you squeeze them, how many heads per stem and have you got a camera?

it stands about 6-8 inches tall although looking pretty it soon colonises area!
Do the leaves smell of garlic when squashed? Are they sort of 'three-cornered?
Allium triquetum aka Three Cornered Leek and many other names - pretty but invasive - on the plus side - you can eat them

yes there is a garlic smell, especially when dug up! good to know I wont starve, thanks chaps!
