Cleome seedlings not easy

I've sowed two trays of cleome seedlings and not having much success. So far only four seeds have germinated image are they known to be difficult?

    Mine germinated OK.  I followed the instructions on the packet and sowed them into a tray on a heated propogatore, once they started to germinate I removed them and kept them on the conservatory window ledge until they had second set of leaves and then potted them on.

    I had real trouble with them last year.  In the end I gave up and put the pots aside.....two weeks later i had loads of seedlingsimage.  So i think they are just obstinateimage

    Thanks yviestevie.   2nd lot have been in heated propogator for 5 days and can't see anything yet. Am I being impatient? Fresh seeds bought this year.
