  • andy you are speechless.imagewith wonder may be?

  • Finally got into the garden to decorate the tree,  got most of the baubles on and the lights but it's started to rain,  here you are. you must admit that trees look better in the garden than in the house.image

It's a lovely tree, but I like a tree indoors as well as I have 4 grown-up married children and 6 grandchildren and usually some of them come to stay for Christmas and we put all the presents under the tree. This year they are all coming. You may have seen from my previous posts that I have outdoor trees as well, but they are too big now to decorate.

Your garden is beautiful Busy Lizzie the tree's in the backdrop are fab but I see what you mean.  Hopefully mine will grow as lovely as yours and Rains and I have an area at the bottom of the garden where we need some privacy from a new housing estate and I couldn't think of a nicer evergreen tree to use.

  • I'm very sorry but if you want to watch this you will have to turn your head sideways

It's not very good but it will give you an idea.

Thank you Artjak, it makes it all worthwhile when people say nice things about it. I'm very lucky to live in the country and have space. Here's another one. I love seeing other people's photos too. Happy Christmas!

Oh Busy Lizzie, you seem to have an amazing garden in a wonderful part of the world.

Do you have visitors marvelling about what an English garden looks like?

Hi, I managed to find a christmas tree, about 3ft tall, potted, was on at £30 before Christmas but after they put ot out the back of the shop to dump it, I asked if they had any left over and got it for £5. RESULT.. Now I have to plant it..
