Moving Hibiscus

I have a young Hibiscus in (roughly) a 12 inch pot ,I bought it when it was just a twig about a year or two ago. Its roots are now coming through the bottom of the pot and my question is, is now a good time to move it? as I seem to recall Hibiscus being very unforgiving. I only have one other (in the ground) which has only flowered once in several years image any advise on encouraging flowering would be appreciated. Thanks

You can move it now whilst it is dormant, usually comes into leaf in Late April/Early May.

I have the same problem with flowering, Had it a few years and its a large bush about 5 feet in height which has never flowered.

Fingers crossed that this year it will. Its in an extremely Sunny spot so there isn't any reason it shouldn't.
