Hello, We've just got back from a couple of weeks away and my bare veg patch, beds and grass are covered in these - any ideas what it is? It's probably something common but I'm new to gardening and just want to make sure I don't need to worry about it!! Thanks

Might be Ash tree seedlings - any Ash trees near?

One or the other - just hoe them out before they get any bigger.  The ones in the lawn can be mowed. image
