Plant ID Please

Hello can anyone identify this plant please that I inherited from my daughter when she moved house.

I looked up Leucothoe and the growing details/advise/needs.I top-dressed the plant with ericaceous soil and granular feed/fertiliser and moved to a shady position, can anyone advise why it now looks so awful/sad, i know the weather hasn't been to great.

    Yes it is and no I don't think it does look too sad. They often look like that and it will perk up , when it starts growing.

    They like some shade, but not complete darkness.
