Herbicides/weedkillers will do the trick - something containing glyphosate - spray as directed on the pack and then leave well alone until it's died down and is brown - this indicates that the roots as well as the leaves have been killed. If you pull/dig it up too soon you run the risk of leaving living roots behind to regrow.

Hello , Dovefrom above is right , don't like using weed killer but sometimes that is the best option
Might need more than one application , as it looked petty bad on picture
