help with camellia

Can anyone help identify what's making my lovely camellia look poorly. Since it started flowering, a lot of the leaves have started turning yellow with brown/black spots on as in the photos below

The flowers also have started looking misshapen and have little black dots on them

The leaves did turn a bit yellow last year but I fed the plant some ericaceous feed and this seemed to help. I'm relatively new to gardening so I'm at a bit of loss as to what's happened.

It could be a wet spot as the water butt is next to the flowerbed and it's probably been overflowing with all the rain we've had recently. Can too much water cause the leaves to yellow?

It's not constantly wet, but I'll keep an eye on the area and make sure the water butt overflows and see if this helps.

    Thanks for the help Verdun
