Hi Cate, 'fraid I can't make that link work
To upload a photo on here you need to click on the green tree icon on the toolbar above where yout type your post, and follow the instructions
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Grr can't get photo to show. It is a green plastic thing a bit like a bird feeder, but on its side, attached to the fence, it looks like it has little plastic tubes in that maybe had some deterant or feed in it?
Hi Cate, you can't upload a photo to a forum the way you are trying.
You need to click on the green tree icon
Then browse for the image on your hard drive and upload it that way. If you get an error message just click on OK and it will disappear.
It's a common fault with Safari or other webkit browsers, it may look like you can copy and paste directly to the forum reply box, but it doesn't actually work because the image needs to be uploaded to the internet to show.
It's green and about 9 inches long and about 4 inches in diameter
Still won't let me upload photo!
Or like this ?
Is it a caterpillar ?
Bit like that but green and got mesh each end its on the top of the fence 4ft high!
Sorry I was just joking .......when you said have you seen this on our fence
Thanks everyone, I think this is plastic and cheap looking so probably more of a bee hostel rather than hotel! I am very new to gardening so what do I want one of these for?
