Hibiscus

Hi Can anyone give me some advice on hibiscus chiffon plants I have ordered 3 from sutton seeds which will be supplied each in a 1 litre pot they do say they are suitable in be planted in containers which I would prefer to do as I have no room left in my boarders. So my question is what size pots would be suitable for these plants and would I need to repot them in a year or two or would they stay in the same pot
