A beautiful custard yellow fluttering around the GC car park then again in our garden not sure what it was and it never landed to be able to get a pic but it's colour and liveliness made me smile
The garden was stuffed full of butterflys with the 18 degree weather this weekend in the north east, even here at 150M, where spring is usually a good week or 2 behind (daffs have only just come out!).

Probably a brimstone .They look like creamy silk drifting along in the air.
Still waiting to see my first butterfly here

I've seen a comma, it was very worn looking, must have over-wintered unless it got in a fight. Lots of brimstones and peacocks
