Shade tollerant aromatic shrubs or trees

Hi there - can anyone out there offer any advice on aromatic shrubs or preferably - aromatic trees that would do well in 80% shade? The earmarked area, just outside our back kitchen door sees sun first thing and again at around 3pm for about an hour or so. It is also very windy at times!  Cheers! Elizabeth
