Can I grow my courgettes in a greenhouse? After I put them in individual pots, what care should I give them?

It's not usually a good idea growing courgettes in a greenhouse - primarily because they need lots of pollinating insects to visit them otherwise you'll get no fruit.
Also a courgette plant is very large - few people have enough room to grow them in a greenhouse - when there are other plants that need to be there.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Can I put them in a pot outside then? How large does the pot need to be and how tall do they grow?
Hi Alex
I grow mine in black buckets(£1 @B&Q) they do o.k.and its easy to keep control of the watering. They will have to be a bit bigger before I put them out they have only come out of the propagator this morning.sowed 4only 3germinated so far (perhaps that's not a bad thing they give back a good harvest and not a veg to freeze.)
Courgettes can be lightly grilled or fried and then frozen. We have always done this, adding them to a variety of dishes at a later date without any loss or flavour.
