Change of soil type and fertility?  Moisture levels?  Sunshine levels?

What were you gardening before and what's the soil like in your new garden?

How long has the rhubarb been planted in its present site? Sometimes it takes a couple of years to get going. Fen soil is good so the rhubarb should like it......eventually.
