I presume you mean Japanese Maples? not the full size trees?
If so, they're all good if the pots are big enough, but don't go mad and put a small specimen in a huge pot. With red brick I'd plant one of the variegated maples . There are so many new varieties I a bit out of touch.
I'm sure you could google " japanese maple nursery" or something like that and find a good catalogue to give you some ideas.
