    Don't panic image

Is it possible that a dog or a fox has urinated on the lawn?  That's what it looks like to me.  Canine (particuarly bitch) urine will scorch grass.  There are things you can do to help, but time will deal with it - the thing to do is to stop it happening again, if at all possible.  http://www.gardenersworld.com/how-to/problems/lawns/dog-urine-on-lawns/430.html
