newbie with a droopy problem

Helol everyone , I have a question.I very recently moved into my new house , now have a garden, and I have (i think) some Fan palm trees in the garden except I am not sure if there is something wrong with them They seem very , droopy, at the ends. Any ideas or thought would be greatly appreciated.

    I've seen that before in more exotic climates, I think that's what they are supposed to do

    Okay , I wasnt sure if it was meantbto or not, I shall just leave them and see what happens!
