We've got a few bunches of lupins coming up, they're doing brilliantly in that border. Going to sew some seeds in the new one I finished digging over today.
Aquilegia probably McKana. It self seeds and takes a fair bit of nutrition from the soil, though the Lupinus spp next to it (Fabaceae family) will fix some nitrogen into the soil for it.

Main plant is an aquilegia, with a lupin coming up in the bottom left hand corner.
The aquilegia looks big enough to flower in May.
