JAPANESE QUINCE

HI

CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHEN THE BEST TIME IS TO MOVE A JAPANESE QUINCE.  I KNOW IT IS WHEN IT HAS FLOWERED BUT I CAN`T FIND ANYTHING OTHER THAN THAT.  I WANTED TO MOVE IT SAY APRIL TIME BUT I VAGUELY REMEMBER FOR SOME REASON THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT TIME.

    Most deciduous shrubs are best moved in early autumn, you would have to water it a lot if you moved it now.
