Garden Design and Plant Planner software

Hi Everyone,
I have a medium sized garden and I am quite new to the gardening world 
, however having said that I know the design I want and how I want it to look in general.
However I am looking for some kind of tool(software) that can guide me on what plants will work where I want them, taking into account, facing direction, size, location etc etc...... any suggestions?
