lean-to greenhouse

I'm trying to find a lean-to greenhouse 3ft x 6ft (can go up to 9ft) to replace a cold frame on the side of the shed. They all seem to come in 2ft -4ft depth. Anyone any ideas? Needs to be reasonably priced at up to £200. Thank you

Possibly, I was hoping for polycarbonate windows though as I have a granddaughter - maybe I could get hubby to make one from used frames - he hates me coming up with new ideas/jobs haha. Darling......
I picked one up on eBay back last year for £20. They measure it completely wrong and it doesn't fit where I wanted it to go, so ended up giving it away
ebay is definitely worth keeping an eye on
Thank you fruitcake - will check ebay
Have you thought of the access, it would need to be from the front only. I would buy some timber make a frame fastened to the wall then use plastic or bubble wrap curtains. That would allow access, they could be opened on warm days, keep heavy rain off the plants, probably be warmer than a cold greenhouse and less expensive. Old plastic covers or bubble wrap are easily renewed if damaged or discoloured. You could also build a shelf unit into the frame.
Just a thought that may help.
Frank.
With some basic DIY skills, you can build one using 10mm twinwall polycarbonate sheet and timber. The 10mm sheet is very strong and actually becomes part of the construction rather than just being the glazing. Have a look at this blog post - all you need to do is scale things down:

Thank you everyone - just got to show BobTheHusband the blog and see what he can do for me.
