They all seem pretty dear, but then i have always had 100% germination, and only need a couple of plants, so maybe not too bad. I like mini munch - but, as you can probably guess, they are the tiny ones. You get so many on one plant that we find it hard to keep up. Cucumber sandwiches anyone ????
Marketmore are better value, all cukes seem to germinate really well, you can get market more from cheap shops like poundland ect ,about 15 seeds in a pkt,
I bought a packet of Sungold F1 tomato seeds. I know they are f1 so will be a bit more expensive. I paid £2.99 for a pack which should have had 15 seeds in. When I opened the packed there were 3 whole seeds in it! £1/seed!
In France seeds tend to be sold by weight and not by numbers of seeds in packets, me thinks that's a UK thing...you get alot more for your money with more seeds in a packet than you could possibly grow for instance... 2g of tom seeds...I'm still sowing then 3yrs later and there are loads left.

When I want to start peppers off, I just buy one I fancy in the supermarket and sow the seeds, they always seem to come true.
I get Marketmore from Poundstretcher 2 for £1 at moment and 20 seeds. Planted 8 last week, 7 have grown.
I once bought broad bean seeds from The Range, the packet cost 99p, there were 5 seeds in it.
