Moss in flower beds.

Hi, any ideas how to get rid of moss in flower beds ?.

I have decided to bark all my flower beds as I do not have the power in my hands or arms in which to keep forking over my beds and want to minimise the work in my garden.

I have Spondylosis of the neck and I am finding it difficult to do some parts of gardening. I want to make sure I have got rid of all the moss before barking as it will start clinging to the bark and do not want to have to replace it every year because of it.

Any ideas would be helpful and much appreciated

This provides advice on control of moss in flower beds. You may have to resort to chemical methods if you are finding it difficult to manually clear the moss and dig over the beds. https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?pid=412
