Grape vine outside partially coverd

I don't know if i have done right its a matter of trial and error with me.

I have just 1 week ago pruned my grape vine back down to the thicker shoots that climb all under my lean to.

I had some nice grapes last year but they were only small and very sweet .

Would it make the grapes bigger if i put some fertalzer down and when would i do this you help would be great full thanks Denn

I have to water them regularly as the roots are inside i have a drip from the barrel always dripping very slowly so it doesn't dry out completly

im satisfied i may have pruned the vine correctly only time will tell i use my recycle manure from my wheely bin that's been rotting with dead leaves and kitchen waste

all year with a mixture of peat like compost from the garden shop.
