Memory Lane Rose

Good evening Does anyone know where I can buy the rose Memory Lane. It's a dusky pink/lilac colour. I had these in my wedding bouquet and would love a rose bush of them for my garden. I have searched the Internet in vain, as I can't find any plants for sale. Many thanks in advance
