    You could well be right, Dove.  Certainly in Kev121's first picture the leaves are edged a very pale cream...  And I agree that Handsworth NS is a beautiful plant - that combination of stem & leaf colour is a winner.  Would love to see Verdun's photo with Cotinus Royal Purple, sounds a stunning combination.  image

    Thanks for all the info guys but the jury's still out for me, maybe it's a golden van Tol ???...... Or maybe it doesn't matter it's still a nice holly.
