Please can anyone help??? I think my apple tree is having an identity crisis? earlier in the year I planted a James Greive appple tree. It blossomed beautifully but didnt form fruit, i figured because of the weather. Just been out in the garden and its coming into blossom again!!! Whats happening???

Weather related-not much you can do-it might throw it into kilter for next season
Every year there are stories about plants doing daft things at the wrong time -and it is always down to the weather-there was a similar discussion a few weeks back
I might be inclined to remove the blossom - carefully. It is, I think an apple that tends to get into biennial fruiting.
The blossom for next year will already be in the buds, so keep your fingers crossed.
