Bird sightings

image road closed had to go miles round about to take grandchildren home .

Thankfully eye spy kept them cheerfulimage driving past the airport guess what imagea majestic kestral sitting on the head of a fake owl presumably mounted on a post to keep birds awayimage 

Anyone seen this I'm sure it wasn't an illusion.?

Very quiet here now, have a cuppa then pot up the lily of the valley I got from Lidl ony£1  image worth a go.image

    Not seen that particular one but they'll do anything to try and keep birds esp. gulls and pigeons away from airports.  Might even have been a trained kestrel.

    Ah yes that sounds right image it amused the grandchildren ,I will pass on words of wisdom,( I might not say you gave me the answer image they seem to think age makes me know most things,true or not ,I enjoy being their guru)

    I was one of those kids, primrosecotage!  "Why is the sky blue?"  "Why is the Moon round tonight and not shaped like a C?"  "Where does porridge come from?"  etc etc! image
