Mouldy compost

Hi All, I have a question with regards to compost. I had a half-used bag of compost left over from last year and which I used yesterday to plant a rose plant (Snow Goose). The compost had a greenish mould on it.  I didn't think too much at the time about this and used it for planting  but now am worried this might harm the plant. Can someone advise here as to whether I should dig up the plant and re-pot it? And whether this mouldy compost can be used or should be thrown?

Thanks!

I wouldn't worry about it - just a bit of algae - it won't harm the plant - enjoy your rose image
