when to plant out advice

I've been busy buying up plants to put into the garden and need some advice on when best to plant them into position. I know its early with likely frosts still ahead, but some will be OK to go in. All have been hardened off from their polytunnel existence, living under shelter at night but exposed to the lower temps. All seem to be doing well.

Choisya

Bamboo

Ferns

Grasses

Phormium

Clematis, Trachelospermum and Hydrangea petiolaris

Pot grown Alliums

Summer flowering tulips

Verbena bonanriensis

Heucheras.

I've not been specific on varieties but can be if it makes a difference.

Don't want to lose anything by being over eager!

if they're container grown plants they can be planted out at any time provided the ground is neither : frozen solid  or waterlogged.

Get them in asap and they'll establish much better root systems than if you leave them in pots.
