Potatoes at Christmas

I remember reading somewhere that it is possible to save some seed potatoes for planting later and getting a crop ready for Christmas. I've just bought a big bag of loose Anya ( two quids from Wilko) and wondered if anyone knows the technique. I have them all chitting in a cool conservatory at the moment.

Many thanks.

Thanks Runnybeak. I'll put half a dozen in the garage and give it a go. The parsnips and sprouts are in and the carrots will be following in a couple of weeks.
