Boggy garden

Novemeber to April I have a very boggy part in my garden. Does anyone know of what I can plant in it. I am looking for evergreen perennials

The persicarias are not wholly evergreen but will keep some of their leaves barring really hard frost. They are early into growth and like moist soils, but can cope with dry. They can be invasive in moist soil but are fairly easy to control as their roots do not go deep (except their relative, Japanese knotweed!) There are a number of varieties. P. amplexicaulis has dark pink, or red, pokery flowers in summer and autumn, P. bistorta superba has pale pink, pokery flowers in spring and early summer and P. campanulata  has pretty, pale pink bunches of tiny bell flowers all summer and until the first frost. Some carex grow in boggy soil and so does hakonechloa. Iris pseudacorus (yellow  flag ) keeps a few of its leaves though they look rather tatty.
