Saying goodbye to a gardening friend

Judith 5Judith 5 Posts: 108

A dear friend died recently. It is her funeral today. We met through our love of gardening. We swapped plants/seeds. Shared our gardens, visited gardens together etc etc. it's going to be a quiet spring and summer without her.

Sorry for sharing but thought you guys would probably understand. X

I do understand Judith - a sad day for you. She will be with you in your head as you garden visit in the coming months and years.

I'm sure you'll get comfort in the future when you see those plants and flowers from your swaps.

Thanks. You're right Hostafan1. This was my birthday present last year. Hellebore Pirouette. So many flowers. So wish I could show her.

Judith I am so sorry for your loss.

Hope today goes ok for you. I was in similar position not so long ago
