How do you prick out antirrhinum

Have sown antirrhinum for the first time and the seedlings are so small I don't know how to handle them. How many leaves should they have before you move them from the seed tray? Also what techniques do you use. Do you take one at  a time or transplant a clump into a pot. Quite at a loss.
