Dividing a ZZ plant (Zamioculcas zamiifolia)

Has anyone done this? It's a tough old plant so I'm guessing it's probably a case of slice carefully to get a full tuber with root and shoot. I just don't want to damage it or set it back as mine is very healthy and firing up lots of shoots.

It's become very overcrowded in the already quite large pot, so need to divide and conquer!
