    Oh l can well believe it @KT53,  luckily no one was injured ! 
  • Ive just got oe out...with a fork. A lot of it was rotted anyway.. It wasnt that hard... Just cut it down first.. the bottom is surrounded by old leaves... some just pulled out, some I weakened with a fork... took an hour or so.. if that, and it was quite big.

    My problem is Ive now got a huge pile of stuff to get rid of.

    and folk say they're tricky to get out?? pah!
