Camellia japonica identification help needed

I've had this camellia in my garden since I moved in 5 years ago, at first I thought it was overly blousey for my taste but have grown to appreciate it. Any experts out there who can id it for me?
There's often quite a variation in the flowers, some full doubles down to almost singles! Confused!
