That looks good Doghouse And have blended in well too. In seeing your front garden edging has just reminded me of the rope edging in Victorian gardens. Expensive but good in the right place. I guess it boils down the situation preference and budget.

Call me suspicious if you like, but why has mrgreen2 responded to a number of topics which have been dormant for months, or in some instances years, and recommended items from Amazon?  Is he on some sort of commission?

I've already asked him that on one of 'his' other threads KT   image

    and reported him.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

More than likely KT .......... and he has nothing better to do, no garden to play in, no friends to chat to ..... sad isn't it ?  image

MrGreen's plastic edging manages to be both hideous, and highly impractical. Edging should be flush, not a barrier that you can't get your mower up to.

I notice the link takes one to some hideous plastic stuff with gaps big enough for grass and weeds to grow through, but not big enough to allow weeding.

    And folk buy this stuff?

"Strong Garden fence lawn edging boarder edge "

Is it for use in Boarding Houses? and NOT for garden borders? Oh, the intrigue.

What ratio cement mix did you use Doghouse Riley?  I'm loving that solution.  Had it at my last garden but a contractor did it.  Would love to do that myself around my various island beds that I can't afford to pay someone to do.
