Few questions, any ideas?

starting to think about the garden again. Few things I really could do with some advice with.
i planted Christmas box, sarcocca. They are in flower but there's no fragrance. I passed the same flowers in a garden centre recently and I could get the scent from afar. Any ideas why mine are not fragrant?
secondly I bought a lovely winter flowering viburnum. A small pink flower on it. this year nothing at all. It doesn't seem to be dead but is certainly not flowering.
lastly I want to move some camelis and rhode grown, both are doing well in there spot but I want to make better use of the raised bed they're in.

Is it the right time to move them now?
thank you for any advice.

With regards you sarcococca - I've had exactly the same - bought one in the summer and it is covered withflowers at the moment but I can't smell anything unless I get down on my hands and knees and even then the perfume isn't that strong. After being told what a fabulous perfume they have I am disappointed.
Hope someone will be along to answer your questions Jesse.l
Move the camellia(s) and rhododendron(s) now, but make sure the soil is frost free and not water-logged. Make sure you dig around the root ball in a circle and then dig underneath it and then lift - the root ball will come up as a whole. The new hole should be double the diameter, but no deeper. I've just moved some azaleas.
Yes, I have a mixture of hookeriana and confusa. I'm very disappointed too as the scent from the plants in the garden centre was lovely, and none from mine at all.
i'll move the azaleas and rhododendron so. Thank you.
any ideas on the sad looking viburnum anyone?
