I bought some lovely chrysanthemum cut flowers and they've started rooting! I've changed the water regularly, but other than that what can I do to keep these going and eventually put them in the garden.
Not all chrysanthemum's are totally hardy so planting them in a sheltered spot might be a good idea - but these are freebies so what have you got to lose

I'd pot them up asap and keep them frost free. Plant them out when any danger of frost has passed. If you leave them much longer, they'll rot away.
Cut the flowers off too to let them concentrate on the roots.
Thanks for the advice
