is it ok ,do you think to scarify this early, ive done mine and my neighbours..is there a grass seed that will take a bit ealier than mid to late may .

No point seeding yet, too cold for seed to germinate.

I'd leave it a few weeks, mid March is a better time.
too early, lawn will be bare for a long time and weeds will get in.
