Hedgehog or rats

    Definitely rats! You will need to get rid or you will be overrun, they breed quicker than you can blink.

    Hello Everyone just a quick update regarding rat problem .There has been no fresh droppings in or around location where i took the photo's i have placed a couple of traps in the area but i'm thinking they might of moved on(hopefully) but we'll see.

    If i do catch one or two how long should i keep laying traps down ?

    Hello 1runnybeak1 yes placed 1 trap on the run and 1 about 1 metre away both were baited with chocolate spread both baits were eaten.Very supprised there was nothing there they must of moved at light speed or something !!!!!!

  • Are they adjusted properly?  Have you tried setting them and then pressing the pressure plate with a (longish) stick?

    Hello dovefromabove yes tried them out and yes they worked properly , very sensitive to the touch i'm starting to think are the rats eating the dead ones.

    Not the best thread i've posted here but in need of everyones advice

  • Rats are very crafty.  When I've had a rat problem I've used one of these http://www.screwfix.com/p/procter-rat-bait-station/71520

    It sorted the problem within a few days.
