Broccoli happily growing for the last few weeks, looked out yesterday (in raised bed) and most of the leaves hace been munched! Any idea what it is , no sgn of anything on or around, and what to do? I do not use any inorganic stuff. Baffled!

  • Pigeons?

  • Pigeons!

I've got my broccoli surrounded by sparkly seaside windmills and bunches of kitchen foil dangling from bamboo canes - it's working so far!

  • Me thinks I need to do a stake out and find out whats happening-its me or them (for the broccoli!).

This is what they look like and I am not sure it is pigeons! Thought it was too cold for slugs caterpillars etc  Any ideas experts?

  • I can see what looks like a couple of dropped pieces of broccoli leaf in the top left hand quarter of your photo.   Makes me think the pigeons flew off in a hurry and left them behind.

  • Pigeons, without a doubt.

  • Definitely pigeons image
