Rose
The rose we were given for our Ruby Wedding was originally planted on the shady side of the garden and as it didn't do well we moved it to the sunny side (not of the street!) It still hasn't improved despite well rotted horse manure and watering. It wasn't pruned at the end of last year - should we prune it now or wait until the better weather? It is over 3 years old.

Im forever moving stuff around, including roses (i know i shouldnt!), that miccrorhysal fungi really helps, they need to be kept moist for a good year after moving and i remove any flower buds for the first year, to keep as much energy in the plant as i can
Im no expert, but i wouldnt worry too much about pruning, just take out anything that looks old and woody or diseased
