Mole problem

Can any one help with my mole problem ? Although I do love them and they are awfully pretty my garden lawn is not !! I have tried various things but they seem to love them all.

Get a cat?
Just kidding. What have you tried?
have a cat, a dog 100 tortoises and 3 chickens!! I have tried smoke they just go to a different area.. tried those vibrating things you push into the ground ,they loved those they pushed them back up! can't bring myself to use traps as they were here before me. OH ! I tried pushing a stick right down into the hole centre and then poured some diluted citronella oil into hole. This did work but they have now seem to have brought all their relatives with them and as I have 3/4 of an acre over half of which is lawn not sure what else to do
When they've eaten all the worms they'll go!!
put the music maker from a musical birthday card in the hole,put in a small plastic bag first so the damp does not damage it,trust me it works
I did try a val doonican record but they loved it so much they ate it!
Sorry but trapping the mole is the only sure way to get rid of it. Now is the time as moles start to breed in early spring.
