We have grass verges throughout the village, well they were grass. Lots of lovely soil heaps at the moment and definitely no bird feeding of any sort. If it wasn't so cold I'd be out there with a bucket and spade.

Do you really think it is coincidence that there is so much going on right where the bird food is scattered? I have had to crop the photo to upload it, but outside this little area there are no visible signs of moles.
Anyway, we are not going to throw any more food down in this area, and I am hoping to take another photo in a couple of weeks . . . . with no new molehills!
