Does this manure look well rotted?

Hi
I have bought some manure but I'm not sure whether it's well rotted enough to use in my flower beds and vegetable patch as it still has bits in although it doesn't smell. Please can you let me know what you think?

It looks OK but without feeling i,t it's hard to be sure.  Is it crumbly?

  • Yes it's crumbly. I'm sure it will be fine then. I was just not expecting it to have so many bits in it!

There you go Susan.  Spread around your plants and put in the veg patch and all will be well.image

Don't know about anyone else: but I have total "manure envy". It looks superb.
