please help i sewed new seeds for a new lawn last october the grass blades have started to go yellow tip down any idea on how to cure this

Ignore the lawn until March. Feeding at this time is a waste of time and money. Most lawns are too soggy to cut now. Keep off it while it is frozen or muddy.
Absolutely agree with Fidgetbones - it's what happens to grass in the winter. Ignore it and in the spring when the temperatures rise it will start to grow, you can cut it then and it will look fresh and green. Do nothing to it at the moment.
