gladiolus

i am going to grow some gladiolus for the first time when should i plant them please

    Also plant them in a big bed of sand (about 6 inches deep) or they will get chewed.

    I leave mine in the ground. I added made sure the soil is free draining and it is in a raised bed, so the soil warms up quickly in spring.

  • Planting should never start until deciduous trees in the locality are well into leaf.
